Dr. Ngozi Mary Eze is a senior lecturer in the department of Home Economics and Hospitality Management education, Faculty of Vocational & Technical Education, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She is currently the Associate Dean of the faculty of Vocational & Technial Education. She holds a Ph.D (2005) in Home Economics Education with a background in Food and Nutrition Education. A senate approved post graduate supervisor since 2007 and a Ph.D supervisor since 2014.
She is the author of many scholarly written articles and an active member of Home Economics Research Association of Nigeria (HERAN), Nigeriua Vocational Association (NVA), Nutrition Society of Nigeria (NSN), African Nutrition Society (ANS) among others at national and international levels. She has served as external examiner to some universities in Nigeria.
